Peak coaching - £30/week
Ideal for the runner looking to optimise their performance to reach a key race goal and find those marginal gains.

* Regular Whatsapp on sessions
* Weekly catch-up (phone or video)
* Monthly 1-hr personal training session
Pro coaching - £50/week
Ideal for the runner that wants focused attention from a coach and complete management of their training plan.

* Daily review of training performance
* Daily update of training plan

* Catch-up (phone or video) as needed
* Weekly 1-hr personal training session
All 1-2-1 coaching must be booked in a minimum 6-week block initially
